This Program was founded in Pakistan in 2010 as a non-profit company. Through this program, women are also learning skills and getting jobs. The PSDF was established in partnership with the UK Department of UK for International Development.

Which manages to finance World Bank skills. The PSDF started its activities in Punjab in the four poorest districts. And after that, students in 36 districts of Punjab are now being taught talented and talented. So that they can get jobs easily. This Program has trained 300,000 backward youths of Punjab in 250 demands in 10 sectors and in market-related trade. Of these, there are 400 shirts, of which more than 150 are businesses.
