BISP Eligibility Criteria
Only individuals who are poor, illiterate, crippled, or have a monthly income of less than Rs 6,000 are eligible for the Benazir Income Support Program.

- The family’s income must be less than 6,000 rupees to qualify.
- Every lady in the family must have a current ID card.
- A woman who is widowed or divorced must reside in the household.
- There must be people with physical and mental disabilities in the family.

- Those who are already affiliated with the Pakistani government, such as members of the armed forces or other government workers.
- Those households who receive pensions or Pakistani government post-retirement benefits are deemed ineligible.
- Under the Benazir Income Support Program, relatives with more than three acres of available land are eligible.
- People who have visited another country are ruled disqualified.
- Holders of bank accounts are also ineligible for this program.
